1. Acceptance and website use
By accessing the Alone Paints website or application, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must use the services lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid attempting to disrupt, copy, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to any feature, account, QR code, or record.
2. Dealer and painter eligibility
Dealer and painter services are available only to eligible users who complete the applicable registration and verification process. Alone Paints may review, approve, reject, suspend, or deactivate accounts where information is incomplete, eligibility is not met, or misuse is suspected.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your mobile, password, OTP, and device access secure. Activity completed through a verified account may be treated as authorised. Notify the company promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. QR scan rules
Each eligible QR code is unique and may be claimed only once, by the permitted role and through the approved application flow. Codes that are duplicate, altered, copied, damaged, unauthorised, already scanned, obtained improperly, or associated with returned or ineligible products may be rejected.
5. Cashback, points, and settlements
Reward values, eligibility, redemption thresholds, settlement methods, and timeframes may vary by product, batch, role, campaign, account status, and applicable program rule. A displayed amount or points balance is not a guarantee of immediate cash payment and may remain subject to verification, reconciliation, approval, expiry, adjustment, or lawful deduction.
6. Product information
Website images, colours, packing, prices, descriptions, and availability are indicative and may change. Screen colours can differ from the applied finish. Confirm current product details, suitability, surface preparation, and pricing with an authorised Alone Paints representative or dealer before purchase.
7. Company rights
Alone Paints may update products, suspend or change features, amend a reward program, correct errors, investigate activity, withhold invalid rewards, and revise these terms where reasonably necessary. Material changes will take effect when published or otherwise communicated.
8. Limitation and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Alone Paints is not responsible for indirect loss arising from service interruption, device issues, unauthorised account use, third-party services, or reliance on indicative website content. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to the competent jurisdiction confirmed by the company.
